The MCT Tray Sealers integrates with the Maxwell Chase trays and lidding film to offer a complete solution. The tray sealers are constructed of sani-safe stainless steel and are easy to load and operate.
Maxwell Chase offers two different models:
MCT Shuttle Tray Sealer:
• Has been designed to seal both 1/2 steam and 1/4 steam trays with an easy changeover
• Seals at a speed of 5 cycles per minute – 300 1/2 steam trays or 600 1/4 steam trays per hour
• Uses film that is 15 ½ inches wide
• Has easy accessibility for loading film rolls
• Is PLC controlled
• Includes 4 heavy duty stainless steel casters for easy mobility
MCT Inline Tray Sealer:
• Can be built to seal either 1/2 steam or 1/4 steam trays
• Seals at a speed of 14 cycles per minute – 840 1/2 steam trays or 1,680
• 1/4 steam trays per hour
• Uses film that is 12 ½ inches wide
• Incurs minimum waste on sealing film
• Has easy accessibility for loading film rolls
• Includes 6 heavy duty stainless steel casters for easy mobility
