The MCT High Speed Absorbent Pouch Filling System has been specifically designed to automate the process of weighing, filling and sealing fresh cut produce into MCT absorbent pouches.
- The system comprises of two independent Incline In-feed Conveyors, two Weighing Stations & two Pouch Filling and Sealing stations
- The system is constructed of sani-safe stainless steel and has two touch screen control pads conveniently located on the side of the machines
- The system is easy to load and can receive the fresh cut produce direct from the wash flume/shaker table. This avoids the need to spin dry the fresh cut produce improving yields and the quality of the produce
- The system significantly reduces the cost of labor for filling, weighing and sealing fresh cut produce
- The system can be adjusted to fill 2.5, 5 and 7 lb. pouches.
The MCT Absorbent Pouch Filling System weighs, fills and seals 18 pouches per minute –using a 5 lb pouch this equates to over 5,000 lbs per hour.
The MCT Absorbent Pouch Filling System integrates with the Maxwell Chase Technologies “Fresh-R-Pax™” absorbent pouches, resulting in a dramatic improvement in shelf life.
